So sad... another buddy is leaving.. feels like a domino effect, like one person moving leads to the other...Someone asked me if this is what we should expect every year if we are to stay in government service...or if this is really because the place sucks... think its a bit of both ba... haha

Well, should tell that friend that it is to be expected every other mth, especially peaking at after receiving of yr end bonus, Perf bonus, Promo, etc.
And yes I agree, this place sucks...

bonus sucks too... and I have like 15+ items under my portfolio now.. not as "good" or as "easy" as it used to be a year ago...
That's why we say this is a good short-term rest stop. Cannot rest too long. :)
