Nite nite!!

Grr...grr....growll...

Was in my boss office the other day for a discussion with the rest of my colleagues when suddenly there was this rumbling ... grr...grr...grrrr... ''who's stomach is that?'' ''err... (raising my hand)... mine!''  '' you didn't eat?''  ''Err I did... but its still rumbling''  '' grr grr groowlll''

Today that happened again, at my colleagues cubicle... ''grr grrrrrr'' ''oh shut it already'' '' grr grr GRRRR''  ''dammit''

Think I'm down with some IBC or stomach flu thing... better take more probiotics... ''dem embarrassingggggrrrr''

Guess where I am going next!!!

Good morning!!

Read this on the way to KL for Chinese New Year. It teaches a concept of waking up before the normal hours... maybe say 6am if your normal hours are starting from 7am, and doing a slew of things, to bring meaning and goals to your life.
Seems like it works for some people, and many more people are waking up earlier and earlier to do so. (some even at 4am... siao)
But I guess I shouldn't judge others, and maybe it does really work, but after trying to wake up one day at 6am to try this, I decided sleep is more important (especially for an insomniac). Perhaps after I retire, I will give this book's concept another try... STRESS 'after i retire'... some 20 years later...
